Project included K-Span Buildings. We provided materials, labor and equipment to complete all works for Civil, Structural, Architectural, Finishing, Electro-Mechanical, Site Utilities and Exterior Activities.

ANA Depot 0 Warehouse

Kabul, Afghanistan

The project consisted of Storage Buildings, Vehicle Maintenance Building, POL Buildings, Loading dock & Canopy, Concrete Loading Apron, Fuel Storage and Power Generation and all associated appurtenances as applicable to include Utilities Infrastructure, Storm Drainage System, Roads Network with Parking Areas to withstand 20-ton Vehicles.

Our company self-performed 98% of the work subcontracted from USACE/ECCI for this contract.

We participated in the design revision and provided value engineering due to the changed site conditions in order to optimize design and reduce cost. We arranged for all materials, labor and equipment to complete all works for Civil, Structural, Architectural, Finishing, Electro-Mechanical, Power Generation, all Site Utilities and Exterior activities.

ANA Darulaman New Construction

Camp Darulaman, Kabul, Afghanistan

Design-Build of 1 Officer Barrack, 2 Administration Buildings, and 4 Enlisted Barracks, 2 Small Latrine Buildings, 2 Vehicle Maintenance Buildings, 1 MWR Building, 1 Large Latrine Building 2 Classroom Buildings, 12 Bunkers & 5 Solid Waste Collection Points, Site Utilities and Misc.

Our company participated as the Subcontractor of USACE/Lakeshore for this contract and self-performed 100% of the project components.

Our work included design and construction of all Civil, Structural, Architectural, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Air compressor, Site Drainage, Fire Alarm, Grounding and Lightening Protection System. The scope of work also included the design and construction of the Site Utility Networks (Electrical, Water & Sewer). The electrical network included Step-down Transformers and Switchgears.

Camp Commando Phase III for ANA

Ministry of Defense

Kabul, Afghanistan

This project consisted of a Five-Story HQ building and one Basement, approx. 40,000 M² of offices, administration, DFAC with a 936 M² fixed-seat Auditorium & Security Bldg., Power Generation Bldg., Fuel Storage, Sewer/Water/Electrical utilities, 800 M³/day capacity Waste Water Treatment Plant.

Our company self-performed 100% of the work subcontracted from AFCEC/GILBANE for this contract. We provided value engineering due to the changed site conditions in order to optimize design and reduce cost.

We furnished all materials, labor and equipment to complete all works for Structural & Architectural Finishing, Electro-Mechanical, HVAC, Power Plant Bldg & MV and Step-down Transformers Connections, Elevators, Structural Glazing, Addressable Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting Systems, Lightening Protection System, Roof Waterproofing, Site Utilities, Sewer/Water Supply/Electrical Networks, Lifting Stations, Waste Water Treatment Plant, Drainage Pits, Pumping Stations and exterior Landscaping.

Project: Design, Integration, Construction, Communication & Engineering II

Among the several iconic projects delivered for premium clients is DICCEII (Design, Construction, Communication & Engineering II). The DICCE II Contract, initially awarded to U.S prime contractor Tetra Tech Inc and subcontracted to Quattro Construction, is a multiphase project administered by the U.S Department of Energy, Office of Nuclear Smuggling Detection and Deterrence (NSDD) whose mission is to reinforce the capabilities of U.S. partner countries to detect and interdict unlawful trafficking of nuclear and other radioactive materials within the interiors of partner countries, across international borders, and through the global maritime shipping process.

This U.S. government nuclear nonproliferation program provides partner countries with the tools and training necessary to counter nuclear smuggling, thus making an essential contribution to the global nuclear detection architecture. Quattro was subcontracted by Tetra Tech Inc, to execute four major tasks including Beirut R.H International Airport, Arida Crossing at northern boarders, Qaa Crossing at eastern boarders and Port of Beirut.

The project includes civil, electrical and communication engineering works to prepare the infrastructure and for installation and deployment of fixed radiation detection systems at border checkpoints, airports and seaports in Lebanon. The project is ongoing since December 2019.

Kabul International Airport Phase III

Project included DFAC, PAX Terminal Building, Base Ops Building, LOX & AGE Facilities, Crash, Fire & Rescue Building, and Fuel Operation Facilities which includes Fuel Ops Building, Pump House, Maintenance Building, Fuel Dispensing Point, 2-50 thousand gallon Fuel Tanks, Truck Parking Area, and Fuel Off-Load Point.

The project included Concrete Framed Buildings and Metal Structures. Work included Design and Construction of all Civil, Structural, Architectural, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC and all associated utilities.

The project was design-build of two 4-story barracks, 2-story admin building and site utilities (Sewer, water, electrical & Communication) upgrade/distribution for 2 literacy center and 11 classrooms. As with all design-build projects, Quattro engaged with a design partner Phi Prime in order to accomplish fast track design submittal meeting the AFCEC requirements and design guidelines.

UNOPS 2MW Hybrid Solar-Wind Power Plant Project, Herat, Afghanistan

Under this project, 3 units of 100kW Wind Turbines along with 1,700kWp of Solar Panels were installed as a Hybrid Power Generation facility and connected with the local Sub-station through an interconnection facility.

Completed on-schedule with high quality materials and workmanship, the Herat 2 MW Solar-Wind Hybrid Power Plant has set a leading example for development of the Renewable Energy sector in Afghanistan. From design to performance on the ground, the project which was awarded by the United Nations under a JICA Grant, was successfully executed to the satisfaction and scrutiny of 3rd party technical evaluators of UNOPS who carried out detailed analysis and provided approvals for Quattro’s submissions, installations and commissioning. This project is a fine example of Quattro’s ability to quickly diversify and take up new challenges as well as delivering upon those.
